Outdoor Cafés and Bar

Have you visited our new outdoor cafes at the Garden Bar in Imperial Gardens and Skillicorne Gardens, and the Heritage Café and Bar at the Pittville Pump Room portico?

There’s now even more reason to visit our Heritage Café and Bar at Pittville Pump Room and the Garden Bar and Skillicorne Gardens in Imperial Gardens. From Monday 3 August customers can enjoy a 50% discount on food and drink every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as part of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme.

The offer includes food and non-alcoholic drinks, up to a maximum of £10 per person, and you can use it as many times as you wish until 31 August.

No voucher is required – the discount will automatically be applied at our tills.


Pittville Pump Room Heritage Café and Bar opening hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 8pm.

Serving morning coffees, cakes and pastries, breakfast baps, paninis, scone and jam, sandwiches and deli sub rolls, ice creams, draught beer, wines, ciders, Prosecco. We offer a salad of the day and afternoon tea is available by prior arrangement at the heritage café.

Customers are loving our Music in the Park events at the Heritage Café and Bar at Pittville Pump Room so we’re bringing even more with live music on Friday evenings from this week, Friday 31 July. Pianist Finley Corlett, a firm favourite with our visitors, will be playing from 6pm on Friday.

On Saturday there’s a hint of Nashville with DJ Rob ‘Mr Swing’ Mc from 2pm to 5pm and on Sunday Friends of Pittville present the Gaudeamus Youth Strings from 3pm to 6pm.

Cheltenham Town Hall Garden Bar opening hours:
Sunday to Thursday 11am to 8pm
Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm

The Garden Bar serves pizzas, fries, breakfast baps, draught beer, light lunches, morning coffee, cakes and pastries, ice cream, wines, ciders, bottled beers and cocktails.

You’re loving our £10 offer of any pizza and beer available Thursday to Sunday between 1pm and 5pm so we’re keeping it running for longer.

Our Friday happy hour offer is Absolute Citron Lemonade or Sangria, 5pm to 7pm.

Come and safely enjoy a wide range of morning coffee, brunch, light lunches, afternoon tea, cream teas, cakes and ice cream at Pittville Pump Room portico and the Garden Bar and Skillicorne Gardens in Imperial Gardens. Tables and chairs are available, in line with social distancing measures and government guidance.

Toilets facilities are available outside at Pittville Pump Room. The exterior toilets have a separate cubicle for men and women and an accessible toilet which is unisex, they are located on the western side of the building by the car park.

Public toilets in Imperial Gardens, by the side of Cheltenham Town Hall, are available for customers to the Garden Bar.

Staying safe

Please help us to keep you, and our staff, safe by observing social distancing remaining 2m apart at all times. We are operating a one-way system in our cafes which is clearly marked. Please dispose of any food and drink cartons in the bins provided or take it home with you. Cleaning materials are available for you to clean the table and chairs before and after you use them.
