The Wilson is a heritage venue that is a part of The Cheltenham Trust – a charity whose aim is to enrich the lives of our visitors through art, culture and sport. We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service in a busy and varied environment within the heritage sector.

The Wilson is a varied working environment with tasks involving inducting volunteers, manning galleries, operating the tourist information desk, setting up for events, giving tours, leading children’s birthday parties, selling Trust event tickets, assisting with The Wilson Shop and more. You’ll also understand the importance of health, safety and security. You’ll be alert and mindful of the irreplaceable value of our collection and you will work to ensure no items or people come to harm.

This job includes varied working patterns and positions which will include working alone or in part of a team. Shifts will include evenings as well as weekend and bank holiday shifts when required.
