Customer Service Assistant

Cheltenham Town Hall
Salary: £8.45 per hour

Reporting to the Production Coordinators, the role will involve giving an exceptional welcome to all customers and visiting companies. You will proactively engage with customers on a regular basis, selling event tickets and dealing with general enquiries, act as Front of House during events, showing customers to their seats and assisting with general needs helping the operations teams with set up for visiting artists, and being an ambassador for Cheltenham Town Hall, Pitville Pump Rooms and our programme of events.

Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is desirable. A proactive, enthusiastic personality is essential.

Excellent communication, customer focus and organisation skills are required.

Various hours available – weekend and evening work required.
