Remember we can claim the tax on your donation. Basic rate tax is 20 percent, this means that if you give £10, The Cheltenham Trust can claim a further £2.50 from the Inland Revenue towards their fundraising campaign at no cost to you.
Making a Payment to The Cheltenham Trust

By Post Send payment by cheque or postal order to The Cheltenham Trust, Cheltenham Town Hall, Imperial Square, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 1QA.
Payment should be made payable to The Cheltenham Trust, please ensure invoice number(s) are quoted on the back of the cheque. Post Dated Cheques are not accepted – do not send cash through the post.
Bacs Please call 0845 0232577 to make a payment via BACS transfer.
You must quote your invoice number on all payments to ensure your payment is allocated correctly.
If you cancel your confirmed booking this notification must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by the Trust, the following charges will be payable on demand:
- 3 months or less prior to event = 100% of total booking costs
- 6 months – 3 months prior to your event = 75% of total booking costs
- 12 months – 6 months prior to your event = 50% of total booking costs
- Over 12 months prior to your event = 25% of total booking costs
